Volleyball is a wonderful sport. You will learn the basic techniques in the game of volleyball ( serving, smashing and much more) and play a lot of matches against your fellow students. Put a smile on your face, and join in for this amazing sport. /Jesper

Are you a fan of trying out a world of different sports, then multisport is the right choice for you. We are gonna go through a lot of different sports and exercises which are gonna be both challenging and fun at the same time. You will also get the chance to have some control over which sports we are gonna visit, because we want to have it all. /Jonas

Outdoor Living

Do you like being outside and discovering what nature has to offer? Then outdoor life is the thing for you! Here we are gonna learn how to cook outside, build our own camps and lots of other things to prepare you to survive outside. Other than that we are gonna spend a lot of time in the forest talking and getting to know the outside world. So if you are ready to go outside and have some fun come along!

Football

Football is a teamsport, where you work together to score against an opponent. In the subject we will look at different aspects of the game, look at the greatest of the sport at try to learn by watching what they do. You will be challenged physically and in you skills in teamwork. Everyone can be part of the subject whether it will be you first time around a football or if you have played for years. /Jonas

Street Basket

Is there a small NBA player hidden in you, or do you like a fast and explosive ball game, then it's time to choose Street Basket. We will play a lot of basketball games, but also focus on getting better in the different facets of the game. Techniques,shooting practice, coverage, tactics, rules and much more. At the end of the subject we will challenge some local teams and show them how we play at UHR.

Physical Activity + Sports

Do you like to be do sports and physical activity - we are doing that here! We are going to immerse ourselves into all kinds of different known and unknown sports and activities. If you are experienced or just starting out doesn't matter - everybody can join! We are going to be both outside and in, do adventure race, disc-golf and archery. We are going to try a lot of different kinds of fitness, and you are guaranteed to get in better shape while having fun together with your classmates. Jonas

Flying Saucer

The flying saucer is not about the unknown flying object in space but the one that flies between people or into the goal post. We are going to play a lot of disc golf and ultimate and try to evolve our skills. We will practice how to use the disc and different ways to do so. Other than that there is a good chance to spend a lot of time outside and having fun. /Jonas

Badminton

Badminton is a sport which is played in high tempo and quick movements. But if you are new to the sport, there will always be a place for you to learn how to play. We will go in depth with the different aspects of the game surrounding the technical, tactical and physical drills that will help us improve our skills. /Jonas

Basketball

Lebron James, Steph Curry, Michael Jordan? Maybe you know them and maybe you dont. Basketball is for everyone whether you are new to the sport or you have competed in the game before. We are gonna start from the bottom and work our way to the complete game through training the different aspects of the game. We are gonna watch how the best do it and try to improve ourselves so we can copy what they are doing. So do you want to try out a fun and challenging sport, come and join! /Jonas

Circuit Training

How do we improve our bodies in the best way possible? Is it through long distance training or quick interval training with high intensity or something completely different? In circuit training we are gonna try to push our bodies to perform at the peak level. We are gonna test at first and then work out through different styles with your friends and see how we have improved in the end. Så do you want to get in better shape with your friends then circuit training is for you. /Jonas

The Cold Shiver

Let's go out of the comfort zone together and into the cold water. We are supporting each other, having fun and feeling the effect of being brave and ice bathing. We might also make a nice spot at the brook  - maybe a transportable stairway. /Kirsten

Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing

Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing is for you, who wants to do something fantastic for yourself, your body and your mind. We practice gentle yin-yoga, where we stretch our body (everybody is able to do these). We also learn different breathing and meditation exercises which can help minimize stress and anxiety. You’ll feel AMAZING after these lessons. /Dorethe
